I would like to express my sincere appreciation to you for hiring employees who are genuinely concerned with each project your company undertakes.

Marcella, in the office, was always available when I called with questions. She always seemed to be completely aware of what I was talking about on my project and saw to it that everything flowed smoothly. She was quick to act on anything that required action.

Her skill in scheduling the work phase and ensuring materials were on the site was a definite asset to the successful completion of my beautiful backyard.

This letter is long overdue. The work you and your company have done throughout this long project has been excellent. Prior to contracting with you, we interviewed other companies. We were impressed with your prices, especially your punctuality and enthusiasm. We have some experience with contractors. It’s always a tense time to have to constantly cover yourself against a breakdown in contractor/owner relations. I am so pleased to write this letter. Not only was there no breakdown in our relationship, but I now count you as one of my friends.

Your attitude of "if I’m not pleased, then you’re not pleased” was consistent throughout the entire project. Even though we had to tear out some rather expensive work and redo it, I never once detected any unwillingness on your part. If this were not enough, I would have to call you back almost two months after you had completed the project of repairing a detective valve. Once again, you sent your plumber without hesitation, proving that you stand behind your work.

I wish you great success in your business, and I'm sure that no matter what you choose to do, your attitude will take you far.

I wish to express my appreciation for the very fine job your company did on my complete backyard renovation, including electric, gas, water, over 2,000 s.f. of pavers, swimming pool coping, tile, and fiberglass, drainage from the backyard to the street, a new electric panel upgrade, and lighting.

Once the project began, you stayed with it and adhered to the schedule, but were patient in the time it took me to make material decisions about the project. Your crews left the property neatly when they left each day, and every representative of Pool Concepts was eager to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction at every phase. You included accessory items that I would not have even thought of.

My special thanks to Greg, the Project Specialist who made me feel very comfortable that I would get a terrific-looking backyard and that I was signing a contract with a company that stood behind every phase of the project, and to Jim, who did a great job in the design. Juan and Israel did exceptional work on that job, and Marcella was quick to act on anything that required action. We just wanted thank everyone at Pool Concepts for a great job. We have many friends with pools that have redone them. Only to hear the nightmare stories. They would start the job and not show up for weeks. They wouldn’t be able to get ahold of anybody. Then when the job was finally complete, they would have to them back for repairs. We are so glad to say our experience was just the opposite.

From the time Gerry gave us the estimate to Jim to sign the contracts. Jim and I talked about my having to work nights in about a week and a half. That l would be sleeping during the day, thus my concerns of the guys working on the pool.

Jokingly ( l thought) Jim said maybe they would be done. This was no joke. Pool concepts had it completely done days before 1 had to work nights.

Barbara was great. She let me know in advance whenever the guys were going to be here. I called Pool Concepts with a question, and someone couldn't answer it at that time. I was called back with an answer that same day, The guys that did the pool did a great job and Very professional. The pool looks great and we are going to enjoy it for a long time.

We would recommend Pool Concepts to anyone thinking of having pool work done. Thanks again to everyone.
